All teachers at TLC meet or exceed the
state licensing requirements regarding education and experience in the
field of early childhood education. Our staff is chosen for their
dedication to the education and nurturing of young children. We believe
that the success of TLC depends on the people of TLC. Only by attracting
and retaining teachers, administration and parents who share a passion for
